Today is President’s Day throughout the United States. The holiday which takes place on the third Monday in February is a national celebration of both president’s George Washington’s birthday and Abraham Lincoln’ birthday which took place on February 12 and February 22, respectively. Most government offices, courts and services, financial institutions, schools and universities are closed today in honor of the national celebration.
